Hey everyone.
As some of you may know, I've become very passionate about running in the past year. However, I've also become quite passionate about fundraising, and on the 25th May, I'll be running the Bupa 10,000 in London, for the awesome people at Epilepsy Research UK.
Epilepsy affects about one in every two hundred people, and causes recurring seizures. These seizures, other than causing a great amount of discomfort for the person experiencing them, have also been linked, among other things, to depression and memory loss.
Epilepsy Research UK is the only UK charity dedicated to funding Epilepsy Research, and are currently researching what causes epilepsy, as well as looking at what causes seizures themselves, in hope of finding a way of totally curing them.
It's a great cause, and I'd really appreciate it if everyone could take a minute to donate just a pound or two, or whatever it is they can spare. I've never really been one to hassle people for money, but I think this really is a great cause, which will certainly put your money to good use. Thank you all so much for reading this. I know how annoying these things can be, so I greatly appreciate your time. :)
Peace, love, and hugs to all of you,
Aris
P.S. UK taxpayers, PLEASE GiftAid!
