<p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: large;"><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="font-size: large;">and undertaken by Liam</span></span></strong><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="font-size: large;"> Spear and friends in May 2010, to</span></span></strong></span></p>

<p><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="font-size: small;">Liam was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in 2004 aged 8. He wanted to raise awareness of diabetes in young people, raise money and demonstrate how the condition can be managed when active in demanding sports.</span></span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="font-size: small;">Suffice to say, the Event was a great success.</span></span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="font-size: small;">The "Ben" in Ben Up Ben Nevis, was Liam's baby brother, who accompanied the Liam et al on the first Mountain - Ben Nevis.</span></span></strong></p>

<p style="text-align: left;"><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #000000;">Once again we wish to raise money for Diabetes UK. Liam, who will be 15 years old at the time of the event will have been diabetic for 7 years and is continuing his fund raising work for this charity, as it continues to work towards a cure for the condition, whilst offering vital support to those affected by Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. See his "About Diabetes" on <a href="http://www.benupbennevis.org.uk/">www.benupbennevis.org.uk</a> for more information.</span></span></span></strong></p>
