WE DID IT!!!

On Saturday 2nd July 2011 the Arthur Research Group* climbed Ben Nevis (Britain's highest mountain!) in aid of Arthritis Research UK. We have chosen this charity as much of our research relates to understanding how inflammation is regulated. This will help us to understand the causes and pathology of inflammatory diseases including arthritis.

As a bunch of (mostly) novice walkers this really was a challenge for us and it was a long and tough day. But we had a great time & were lucky to have exceptional weather (for Scotland!) and some beautiful views.

We all REALLY appreciate you supporting us and such a great cause.
