During September and October I shall be trying to complete the Bristol and Cardiff Half marathons and once again for those that know me something that does not come too easily..... running anywhere!

The Charity…

George Thomas Hospice Care is the major provider of specialist home-based palliative care in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. They exist to help those suffering from cancer and other life-threatening illnesses, their families and carers at a most difficult and stressful period in their lives.

Their skilled nursing care and range of important support services is available to their patients and their families totally free of charge. They are a registered charity and to provide their vital service they need to raise the large bulk of their running costs from voluntary fundraising.
