As anyone who knows me is aware, I spend a lot of  time carting my kids from one training session or sporting engagement to another. Whilst they work themselves into a sweat I either sit and watch, walk the dogs or go and get tea/beer/bacon roll from the nearest retail outlet! Well now my habits are changing... the bike has joined the party and I'm touring the roads whilst they train!
