I know its hard to believe but its something I wanted to achieve before i got too old to enjoy it! I am running for Hemihelp as an extremely worthy cause.  These are my two friends Keir and Kaspar, their sister Hannah suffers from Hemiplegia.  Hannah has had the support of Hemihelp over the years and I feel this is a small opportunity to repay them for some of the amazing work they do with children.

Two days to go before the big day! I am extremely nervous but am trying to keep focussed on the task ahead! Considering the economic downturn I have been completely overwhelmed with the generosity of my friends, family and work colleagues.  There have been a significant number of people who have sponsored me off line too - and to them I am also truly grateful...
