Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

5 Sqn has decided to field a team in this years banger run.  This is a brilliant opportunity to support Help for Heroes.

We carefully selected a team of 4 that has minimal mechanical knowledge, no knowledge of any European languages (apart from English, in Sciver's case even that is border line), just a healthy dose of optimism.

The team consists of Lisa, Sciver, Andy and myself.

As we were will travelling mainly through France we thought a French car would be sensible.  With that in mind a Ford Escort was selected as our weapon of choice.  Also it was the only car with an Mot that went for less than £250 at the auctions when I visited.

All in all, a brilliant team with a mighty road going beast!
