On 16 August 2008, I shall be doing a parachute jump - yes it really is true and I’m not 50:50 on this. I will be raising funds for Cherry Lodge Cancer Care Limited. I have been involved with Cherry Lodge (as honorary treasurer) for nearly 8 years now and have been touched by the commitment and dedication shown by the members, volunteers & staff in helping those through the cancer journey. 

Cherry Lodge does not charge for any of its services which include information, support and complimentary therapies such as acupuncture and head massage.  The Charity is not grant funded and is almost entirely dependant on fundraising activities and the generosity of others.  It costs about £250k a year to keep Cherry Lodge going so your donation really will make a difference.
