Hi Everyone,

We are trying to raise some much needed funds for Bighearted Scotland - an amulgamated charity, consisting of six Scottish charities. Namely:

Alcohol Focus Scotland - supports people with alcohol issues and promotes responsible drinking behaviour.

CLIC Sargent - offers all round care & support to families with a child who has cancer.

Epilepsy Scotland - helps,& campaigns on behalf of people who are affected by epilepsy.

Penumbra - supports people with mental health issues.

Momentum - assists disabled and excluded people to achieve independant living and move into employment.

Scottish Native Woods - rescues, restores and expands Scotland's native woodland. 

The challenge which we pay for, includes bush trekking and helping on a local community project. During the last challenge in 2007 the participants helped to renovate the domitories of  a school that was mainly for HIV orphans.
