My story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I have already surpassed my inital target of £150 such is the generosity of family, friends and work colleagues. As such I am pushing the target up to £300 with two weeks to go.

Please help with my aim to support this local charity.

Daisy Chain Project is a local charity, it helps children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other difficulties. Apsergers Syndrome is one such difficulty. Children with high functioning autism although bright and intelligent, see the world very differently from most of us. Skiills that we take for granted such as social interaction, non verbal communication and coping with a less than predictable life, can cause AS children great stress an anxiety.

At Daisy's facility in the North East, children can be children, for a short time at least, without worrying why  they may appear different and odd.

Since every little helps, I have set a modest target especially since these are difficult times for everyone just now.

Thanks in anticipation of your help.
