My story

The Scottish Award Office Staff, as part of The Award's 50th Anniversary Celebrations, will be undertaking a Cycle 'Odyssey' from Glasgow to Edinburgh.  Starting at the Tall Ship - Glenlee the team will follow the course of the Forth and Clyde Canal finishing at Britannia in Lieth.

All sponsorship money raised will be donated to the Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scottish Jubilee Fund which aims to raise money to support young people participating in the Award programme.

The Jubilee Fund is primarily aimed at bringing the benefits of The Award programme to young people who have most to gain from participating on it.  The success of the New Start programme in Scotland - working with young offenders and those at risk of offending - is just one of the ways in which your financial support can make a difference to young people's lives.
