Story
After the success of last years fundraising, raising a whopping £20,000, we are doing it all again!!
Reverse Rett currently receive NO funding from the government. All the research carried out to date has been funded by the Charity and its supporters, people like you and I and the families affected by Rett Syndrome.
In March scientists proved that a bone marrow transplant could halt this progressive condition. This is an extremely exciting advance and indicates that a cure is now looking possible.
Ava now attends Waverley School five afternoons a week and is making real progress. Her eye contact, whether it be with her family or her favourite food, has improved so much. She now even touches certain things when her mummy asks. Ava is still attending physio sessions, something that will continue throughout her life.
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. You can use this to purchase tickets for the Masked Ball on 29th September or to donate to Reverse Rett and helping our beautiful Ava!!
