<p>Can you imagine what it is like to be expecting a live, healthy baby and then suddenly to discover that your baby has died?</p>
<div>Every day in the UK, 17 families face that devastating reality when their baby is stillborn or dies shortly after birth. Tragically, in the UK, 1 baby in every 200 births is stillborn and 1 in every 300 dies in the first four weeks of life.</div>
<div><strong>During June we are raising important awareness of stillbirth and neonatal death as well as vital funds to use to continue our core services.</strong></div>

<div>Every penny raised enables us to offer emotional support, comfort and practical help to so many affected each year by this heartbreaking tragedy. It allows us to work with health professionals to improve the care that families receive in hospital and, without it, we cannot fund the vital research that could reduce the number of babies that die each year.</div>

<div>During the month of June, the lives of another 500 families will be forever changed. Thank you for helping us put an end to the heartbreak.</div>
