<p>The AstraZeneca Global Community Support Team (Julie, Maya, Sarah and Andy) are supporting the partnership between AstraZeneca and Depaul UK&nbsp;to improve health outcomes for homeless and disadvantaged young people throughout the UK.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">What are we going to do?</span></strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong>As a team we are&nbsp;completing the &lsquo;Give Us 5&rsquo; team fundraising challenge -&nbsp;in fact we are going the extra mile (or two!) by&nbsp;doing&nbsp;a 7.5 mile walk between the Depaul hostels in London on the 24th of March.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">What difference will it make?</span></strong></p> <p>One of the challenges of homelessness is lack of access to health care facilities and resources. &pound;450 could help 60 young people without ID get copies of their birth certificates&nbsp;which are essential to access benefits, housing and some health services.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>So please help us support the health of a young homeless person.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Many thanks!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Julie, Maya, Andy and Sarah</p>
