Firstly, thank you for taking the time out to visit our page.

Two of the four Baber brother's grim (Adrian & Guy) have decided to race in The Marathon Des Sables what is called 'the toughest footrace on earth'. This basically means that we are running 6 marathons through the Sahara Desert over 7 consecutive days commencing at the end of March 2008. We have decided to run for a charity that means a lot to us, 'The Royal Marsden Cancer Campaign'. Both are parents have been treated at The Royal Marsden over the last few years. Although they have been fortunate enough to pull through, many other are not, and this charity funds research, patient care and family support...and in our opinion is brilliant.

We have funded this adventure ourselves and so all the money will go straight to the charity. We realise you get inundated with charity requests this time of year, so please contribute whatever you can.
