Hello everybody!
Paul and I are taking part in this year's Pedal for Scotland 2008 challenge - a 50 mile sponsored cycle ride from Glasgow to Edinburgh.
I've decided to raise money for the Scottish Association for Mental Health and I would really appreciate your support and sponsorship - because this is going to be a tad.... hard :)
