On the 30th of May the Badgers Arse football team comes to Witney United FC to play in a charity 4 team football match followed by a lash up watching the FA Cuo final. Each player is asked to consider making a donation of £10 to the supported charity www.specialeffect.org.uk The Patron for SpecialEffect is the inspirational Matt Hampson who was paralysed whilst training for the England Under 21's rugby squad. SpecialEffect helps people like Matt to communicate via eye gaze computer technology and also seek's to help children with disabilties to play computer games via specialist technology.
On the 31st the badgers hope to take on the SpecialEffect Tigers team in a friendly match at Charlbury. Instead of match fees players to pay for pitch hire the players are asked to make a donation of their choice. You can also make a donation on the day if you don't wish to make one online, any donations are totally at your discretion.
The amount you donate is entirely up to you, any amount whatsoever is deeply appreciated.
