Mental Health has been an issue for years and am sure we all either have or know somebody who suffers from this. Often in silence and entirely misunderstood.

Finally this illness is starting to get the recognition it deserves and Mental Health UK play a massive part in this.  I am going to drag my ageing wee carcass round half a marathon in attempt to raise dollars for it. If you have been kind enough to read this and chuck in a couple of quid, thanks a bundle.  l will buy you a pint / spritzer next time I see you.
