I will be running in the London Marathon this year and have chosen to run for the prostate cancer charity as I've known quite a few men who have suffered from this over the last few years, luckily many have continued to enjoy a normal and healthy life after undergoing surgery and medication unfortunateley some have not.

So after having read information about the work this charity carries out into research into prostate cancer and help given to those diagnosed it is a very worthwile charity to raise funds for to assist those that will suffer from prostate cancer in the future and hopefully find a solution to it.

The downside of this is all the training I'm putting myself through, but the toughest part is knocking down my Guinness consumption over the next couple of months, that's my sacrifice, make yours just a couple of minutes of your time, and a small amount of cash to help the funding of the Prostate Cancer Charity.
