Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page!

We are a BCG team who will be dragon boat racing in memory of a truly inspirational colleague of ours, Acer Nethercott, who sadly passed away in January 2013 after fighting a long battle with cancer. Before working at BCG, Acer was a member of the British rowing team, winning a Silver in the Beijing Olympics in 2008.

Please help us support Cancer Research UK.

And the name? Well the BallistoCardioGrams (BCGers) are all about heart-stopping speed with think-cell precision. More specifically... the term refers to a graph of the lightening-fast vibrations that flow through the human body after every heartbeat.
