**NEWSFLASH**  Dave finished the event smashing target time by 7 minutes. Final time was 2 hours 8 minutes and 12 seconds.  It could have been a whole lot faster (maybe 2 mins) if it wasn't for a slow puncture on the 4th lap. Fortunately I stopped by the bike tent and got them to pump it up before tearing away for the 2 final laps and coming in after the run 337th ! All better than prior years :-)

White Lodge Nursery.  Isabel my 4 year old niece has athetoid cerebral palsy which makes it very difficult for her to control her muscles the way she wants to, as a result she can't walk yet and finds speech difficult. 

Isabel joined White Lodge Nursery when she was 5 months old and now spends 2 days a week with their caring and diligent staff.  This is where she receives physio speech therapy and lots of help in other areas to ensure she develops to the best of her ability.

Without the early intervention of the team at the nursery Isabels progress may have been very different, so for this reason their continued efforts in this area will always be appreciated, and need to be supported.
