The Banks family, complete with Mel's mum (spectating from a tuktuk), are heading to Siem Reap in December to take part in the Angkor Wat Half Marathon. Ian is running 21K; Mel and Lili are tackling the 10k.In addition to personal goals (ie finishing), we have chosen the Cambodian Children's Charity (CamKids) as our cause.CamKids was established 'to help children in Cambodia who are either poor or whose parents are not there for them: orphans, street children, children living in poor rural areas and children affected by natural disasters, such as flood or famine'. We would be thrilled if you were able to support Camkids with a donation for our efforts. And if not (we know that you receive lots of this kinda stuff, and several of you will be in Angkor Wat doing your own thing too) spare a thought for us on Dec 4th!!! xxx
