Story

We are trekking at 12000 feet for 6 days across the Peruvian Andes in September.

This involves facing some of our biggest fears....sleeping in a tent  in frost conditions, climbing for 8 hours daily at a very high altitude, living on porridge and eggs, no cleaning facilities, no clean clothes, no New Zealand Sauvignon or Champagne, relieving ourselves in the great outdoors, and no hair straighteners. Unbearable conditions by our standards!!
So why would we give up our comfort and luxuries for such torture?!!
Because the individuals suffering with cancer make this look like a walk in the park.

The cancer disease is more and more common, 1 in 3 people suffer from it, this means most of us will be touched directly or indirectly by this cruel disease. This is why our chosen charity is the Institute of Cancer Research. We would like to raise as much as we possibly can for this important cause and would greatly appreciate it if you could sponsor us, Abbey will match the donations too so every penny you can spare will help!

Thank you very much,

Barathy & Noeleen
