A very good friend of mine ( my kids call her Jo Jo Rolo) suffers with MS (Multiple Sclerosis). She was diagnosed about 12 years ago. I've learnt a lot about MS through Jo...... with her loss of vision, difficulties with her balance and her co-ordination, feeling very tired during the day, numbness and tingling in her legs and her muscle weakness.

So on 30 April 2016 I am taking part in a 50 mile bike ride along the canal tow paths from Reading To Send to raise money and awareness for MS!
