Hello all,

We at Barclays Capital have decided to run the Royal Parks Half-Marathon on Sunday 11th October. We've all been training for a number of months now and are hoping to put in a very strong team performance once the big day arrives. In return, we ask you all to give generously to one of our team's chosen charities, Medecins Sans Frontieres.
