The HR team are rowing 113.5 miles,  the distance from our office in Northampton to the RNLI HQ in Poole.  To do this a team of 24 will be rowing against a challegning team for 8 hours.  The funds we raise will help the RNLI continue to save lives at sea around the UK.

The RNLI is an independent charity, and does not receive any funding from the UK government. They can’t save lives at sea without your support.

The RNLI's running costs average around £378,000 a day. For every £1 raised, 84p is spent on operations and 16p is spent on generating income.
