I am facing the huge challenge of battling back to full fitness following a serious knee injury, but I also want to challenge myself to raise money for charity and give something back to the fans have supported me.

The first challenge will see me take part in a sponsored head shave.

I will have my flowing locks removed at half-time on the Pride Park pitch when Derby take on Burnley at Pride Park Stadium on Saturday 22nd September in the npower Championship.

I am calling on Rams fans to dig deep to donate and help reach my £1,000 target, with the proceeds to be split 50/50 to Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People Youth Hostels Association.
