The background is that Slaney, an old friend of Barney's, and Alice had been wrestling for some time with the question of high re-offending rates in young adults (73% are back inside within two years) when they gave up their “real jobs” and started Switchback from the kitchen table last summer. Now they're flying along as a registered charity based on the edge of the City with boys in three prisons ready to start the programme. Your gift will help reduce the chance of them going back again.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. If you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
