Now if this image doesn't part you from your cash what else do I have to do!  Note the go-faster stripes and the lumpy bits. I am hoping that all of this running will do something for the lumpy bits.

This is my 3rd 10K in the past year but I only ask my friends to support one of these and Jane's Run is it.  Sadly she is not with us this year but we will all be running for her and she will be with us in spirit.
