As I am sure most of you know Pete had leakaemia 10 years ago and luckily for all of us survived with not too many adverse side effects. Although I am sure a few of you could point out one or two dodgey side effects

So we have entered the London 10k Run (on 1st July)  to raise some money for Leukaemia Care and give us some incentive to get fitter.
