I have never been one to shy away from a challenge and when given the opportunity to spend a ridiculous amount of time on a bike, in the cold, in France I thought.NO WAY.....but with this being a rugby focused event I thought it only fair that the South Africans have a presence (I may live to regret having that comment)

 As the time of the ride fast approaches the forecast is for a -5'C start with strong winds.....

Aside from the agony, and banter which I am sure will be plentiful the idea is to raise money for Sport Relief and the Dallaglio foundation -
