My mate James and I are cycling 100 miles from Letchworth via Bedford to the River Ouse and then on to the sea.

It is a ride we have been waiting to do for ten years, and we want to raise money for our chosen charities.

I am supporting the CTRT Appeal raising money for the cancer unit at Mount Vernon hospital to say thank you for the care they gave to my Dad.  This is very important to me, so please help me to support the charity by giving as much as you can.
