Once again we've both been training hard to run the Manchester 10k in aid of a brilliant charity.
It's nearly 4 years since Barry became part-pig so please help us support the British Heart Foundation who continue to carry out pioneering research, such as that which saved Barry's bacon (!), and play a vital role in the support and care of patients with heart disease.
