This year we're both running the Manchester 10k - Barry's aiming to beat last years time and its my first 10k (eek!) and I'm aiming for as close to 60 mins as possible. The Red Cross Movement is not a political or religious organisation, this neutrality means that they can reach and offer unconditional help to people in need whoever and wherever they are. £18 could buy enough food parcels to feed 60 people caught up in a natural disaster.
