Thanks to everyone for sponsoring me for the Albert Kennedy Trust.  I didn't manage to run it in less than the 50 minutes that I hoped to do, but my brother, who knows about running, did warn me that would be a tall order.  However, I did 51:40 which I'm still pleased about, considering a couple of 20-somethings I was running with were only minutes ahead of me.

If you haven't sponsored me yet and still want to do so, this site is still open so feel free!  I still hope to reach £450, which would be the equivalent of 25 nights of support for a young person.  Any amount you can give would be very welcome.
