The aim of the Free Kicks Foundation is to provide sport related activities to disadvantaged children, to give them a day to remember and forget their troubles

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

My running shoes are back on and I'm attempting to drag myself 13.1 miles around Newcastle on October the 5th.  I will be running to raise money for the Free Kicks Foundation.

For those not in the know the Free Kicks Foundation are a charity who provide football-related activities for ill, bereaved and other equally deserving children, to give them a day to remember with their favourite football club. The days out, which the charity call 'kicks', could involve meeting a favourite player, watching their favourite team train, tours of their chosen stadium, receiving a special gift or anything football related the charity can organise to make it a day they will never forget.

Im looking to you to help raise money for this fantastic cause and spur me to get around the track without stopping or conceding defeat and just sitting in the pub with a "Newcy Brown" in hand watching the others go by.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Free Kicks Foundation gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

so come on, dig deep and lets raise some money for a good cause.

thanks

Barry
