Story

In support of Shooting Stars, our latest fundraising challenge is 2400 Miles of Mayhem:  a cycling epic culminating in a 24-hour mountain bike endurance race.

For more information please visit our website or download our challenge brochure.

Base One aims to raise £10,000 for Shooting Stars this year, and we want to raise at least £2,400 for the 2400 Miles Of Mayhem.   Please give generously to help us far exceed this!

**Update:  on 9th June we completed the first part of our challenge - 2,400 miles completed with a week to spare.   Now it's 'just' the 24-hour race to go.

****UPDATE:  we've done it!   18 gruelling laps, and we came a respectable 42nd out of 160 for our category.   See the photos here.  Still time to donate though - please give generously and thank you for your support.

A big thanks once again to our main sponsors, Saab GB and Sandy Balls Holiday Centre.   Also many thanks for the support from Face Creative and  Alan the Osteopath
