We are running a 14k trail run around Derwentwater in the Lakes on Saturday 6th September.

We're not sure at what point we thought it was a good idea - have a look at the route slideshow on www.lakelandtrails.org! But, we're doing it all the same and thought we could raise some funds for the charity BASIC along the way.

BASIC is affiliated to the Neuroscience Centre at Hope Hospital and is a specialist resource for people, and their families, in crisis following a traumatic brain injury.
