In just over five weeks, on the 13th September, I will be doing the Palace to Palace charity ride for the Prince's Trust. This event is for a great cause as the charity helps young, disadvantaged people through all aspects of their life and really does make significant differences to those with difficult backgrounds and gives them a second chance. 

The ride itself is a meagre 45 miles along the Thames from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle which is about the equivalent of cycling from Basingstoke into the heart of London city centre!
