<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 15.6pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; background: white; vertical-align: top;"><span><strong>The Baytree Centre</strong><span style="color: #000000;"> is located in an area of high deprivation on the edge of Brixton, London.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The proportion of children and young people living in poverty is higher than average, as is infant mortality, teenage pregnancy, childhood obesity, primary and secondary school permanent exclusion levels and the proportion of 16 – 18 year olds who are not in education, employment or training. 60% of adults seeking employment have no qualifications or only very low level qualifications.</span></span></p>
