Most of you will know that I am not one who goes in for sympathy and a daily phrase of mine is “Suck it up!” So please bear that in mind when you read my personal “tale of woe” below that is designed to shamelessly tug on your heart-strings and make you delve deep into your pockets for the very worthy charity - The Brain Tumour Charity.

As many of you know both my mum and step-dad suffered from brain tumours.  In the 10 years between their diagnoses treatments, theories and medications had improved to a degree, but in my opinion not enough. Any research into how to treat these tumours will be invaluable to future suffers, so please support this cause by sponsoring my Coast to Coast walk.
