Thank you for visiting our page. Beacons of Light is a team of three friends from the Brecon Beacons - Kate Gedge, Sally Lewis and Susie Suter - and on Saturday, 15 May we completed the 2010 London MoonWalk in aid of breast cancer. We completed the 26.2-mile marathon in 5 hours and 51 minutes coming home amongst the first 100 walkers out of 15,000 starters. Even though we have completed the MoonWalk, it's not too late to sponsor us. Walk the Walk is a brilliant breast cancer charity which not only funds research into the causes of and treatments for cancer but also provides funding for emotional and physical support for those who have breast cancer right now. We all know someone close to us who is living with or has died from this horrible disease and fund-raising has never been more important to us. The money we raise is guaranteed to make a difference, so do please donate if you can.
