Before I start to write anything really I feel it would be best to go over the story behind the charity I am supporting

Hopefully that link will give you more of understanding as to why I chose to support A Child of Mine. I started to grow my beard on Christmas day 2013 and will continue to grow my beard right up till Christmas day 2014.

I have pledged to take a monthly photo perhaps more but at least 1 photo every month to show that my beard is still growing. I have pledged also not to trim my beard unless it was getting in the way of eating, although I am just going to keep growing and not trimming.

So far I have become impressed with just how much one ice scream can ruin a beard, simple things like this are been taken in my stride and become more a part of the challenge.

I am doing this because I truly could not understand what it would be like without my children and hopefully anyone else with children would feel the same way and help in supporting me and A Child Of Mine
