Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

For 2009, I am becoming a Beardie Weirdie!

I am pledging to not shave for the entire year to raise money for charity.

The charity I am supporting is Keech Hospice Care, which provides hospice care for adults and children.

The charity relies on donations from people like you to provide hospice and respite care for very ill people.  They need £5 million per year to provide these essential services, and do not receive any Government funding.

Regular updates are available from my website: http://www.beardieweirdie.co.uk/blog

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Cancer Research UK gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!

Remember - I'm growing a beard so you don't have to!
