Ben Parker's nephew, Freddie is suffering from a rare condition called Alagille Syndrome. Many of Freddie's family and friends are taking part in fund raising events to raise money for the Childrens Liver Disease Foundation which is a charity that supports families that are coping with the illness.

So far we have raised an astonishing £20,000 for the charity and we are going to keep planning events to continue to show our support to all of the children and families fighting this terrible illness.

Once the £1000 has been raised we are going to draw a name out of a hat and that person will be invited to shave the beards off (if they wish) at a charity event or even on the pitch at a Castleford Tigers match.
