Back Up services include mentoring, wheelchair skills training and activity courses as well as support in getting back to work or school after an injury. We provide peer led tailored support to help people adjust to a spinal cord injury and inspire independence and confidence for a positive future.

Story

On the 22nd August, four friends set off on a marathon 1000+ mile cycle ride from London to Croatia.

The Beat ‘n’ Trail Team embarked on the epic journey to reach the Dimensions Festival by bicycle, crossing over seven countries in 14 days.

The aim of the trip is not only to reach Dimensions Festival, which is attended annually by 8,000 revelers, but also to raise much-needed funds for two charities – The Steve Reid Foundation & Back Up Trust.

The Beat ‘n’ Trail team aims to raise £7,500 split between the charities.
