My mother had breast cancer 15 years ago and currently fighting with the secondary cancer in her bones, when she was having treatments recently I noticed how much we can do to help to keep the cancer patients comfortable. Jane in our group is also a survivor and being in our team gives us more strength to carry on, sadly I lost a childhood friend Anahita to cancer last year , she was only 39, the only child of her parents and a mother of two very young beautiful children she left behind...It's happening all around us and it's sad to see your loved ones suffering , together we can built a better future for not only ourselves but for generations to come, 5k may not be a long distance to run but the outcome goes a long long way...
