<p><span style="color: #7fffd4;"><span style="color: #0000ff;">Well we have done it made it to Skegness on the 5th july 2011!!!!. Hard work done now the recovery.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #7fffd4;"><span style="color: #0000ff;">we started out at 5am and got there at 11.15am it was very enjoyable but the pain is now kicking in.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="color: #7fffd4;"><span style="color: #0000ff;">Back in 2005 I was diagnosed with an Underactive Thyroid This Changed my life dramatically after years of trying i have about got my thyroid under control. I have built my Sundays to be a cycle day to build up my stamina and appeciate the world we live in.<br /><br />After months of saying yes i can i have decided to ride 84 miles to my coast Skegness in the summer of 2011 </span></span><span style="color: #7fffd4;"><span style="color: #0000ff;">whilst raising money for the British Thyroid organisation </span></span><span style="color: #7fffd4;"><span style="color: #0000ff;">I will be riding with my wonderful partner Mick. Mick has been a god send since i got thyroid problems in 2005 and Has supported me ever step of the way. I would like to raise At least £200 but i am hoping i can raise alot more with your help. So please help the suffers of thyroid disease And sponsor me to ride to Skeggy.<br /><br /></span></span></p>
