On the 7th July 2016 Tina Trafford suffered a devastating Stroke aged just 53. After fighting for her life for two weeks she sadly passed away. Tina was a fit and vibrant lady, exercising regularly, working hard and loving her family life. It was a complete shock with no warning. It could have been anyone, at any age, no matter how fit they are.

In memory of Tina, her husband Richard (my cousin), her daughters, Lucy (my God Daughter)and Katie Trafford have arranged the cycle ride from London to Paris in aid of the Stroke Association.
