My story
Before my Dad was diagnosed with the disorder, I had never heard of Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency.
The Alpha-1 support group does fantastic work offering support to patients and in raising awareness, and are actively involved in research of the condition.
The people within the support group are incredibly strong and caring people who offer wonderful support to each other. I would love to raise as much money as possible to enable them to continue to do such superb work.

We offer support, and practical help to patients, families, friends and carers of those diagnosed with the genetic condition Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency by providing a website, online support group and published information to advance understanding of the condition and treatments available.
