Ladies & Gentlemen
Along with ten other ordinary lads of all shapes and sizes, I am currently undergoing training to become a drag queen for one special night. I am doing this in the hope that you will consider making a modest donation to a very important cause.
The first ever Bedraggled will take place at London's Bethnal Green Working Men's Club on April 1st to mark the end of Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, and all profits will go to Prostate Cancer Research Foundation.
Prostate cancer kills almost the same amount of people each year as breast cancer, and yet it receives only one tenth of the financial support. This is partly because women have done such an extraordinary job of drawing attention to their issue. The X Foundation aims to redress this imbalance via a series of ambitious projects, the first of which is Bedraggled. It is time for the chaps to stand up and be counted. Men have issues too.
